1. Ordinary Business
(a) To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting;
(b) To receive reports of transactions during the last financial year;
(c) To Elect and/or Appoint Officers and Members of the Committee;
Nominations received:
James Tyson (President) for Andrew Wingrove, retiring.
Martin Slack (General Committee) for Amanda Harper, retiring.
(d) To receive and consider Statement submitted in Accordance with S.30 (3) of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981
(e) To determine classification of members and their respective entrance fees & annual subscriptions
