Womens M3S v Southern United
Last Saturday Metro 3 South made their way to cold and windy Moorabbin. Unfortunately we had six players out of the team but our substitutes played really well. In fact we may have picked up a couple of new players.
K.E.W. took some time to settle down and Southern United took advantage of this. We had the opportunities but could not finish them off. Penny Tresise filled in for us as goal keeper and played a good steady game.
All in all with the cold trip to Moorabbin, regular players out of the team and some dubious umpiring decisions it wasn’t a good day for K.E.W. We also lost 2 goals to nil.
We are all looking forward to this week’s game. It is 11.00 a.m. Sunday morning at Elgar and against Doncaster.
