Kew def. La Trobe Uni 2-1
Having beaten the second team on the ladder the previous round, Kew was determined to beat La Trobe Uni in order to have a chance at getting into the top four before the finals.
With our two backs Al and Fi absent, Alex and Steph made reliable replacements, making sure that La Trobe Uni didn’t get past them.
Amanda Harper’s first game for M1N will hopefully be a memorable one for her since she got a yellow card for an inappropriate tackle that she didn’t even do!
Kew was determined to score and had many penalty corners and unsuccessful shots on goal. But thankfully, in her second game this season for M1N, Leah Booth scored both of our goals resulting in Kew winning once again!
